Sarah & Sam’s Traditional Wedding Ceremony was infused with a Persian Ceremony. The Persian ceremony was rich with old customs and stunning details conducted in an intimate setting around an elaborate spread of symbolic items. The gorgeous petals lining the aisle made for a grand entrance and the start of a beautiful blended ceremony.
The spread, called “sofreh aghd” had food and floral arrangements, as well as a mirror which is the mirror of fate. Once the bride and groom are pronounced man and wife, they exchange rings. A bowl of honey is presented to the couple, and the groom dips his finger into the honey and gives it to his bride. The bride reciprocates and offers her husband honey, as well. The sweet of the honey symbolizes a sweet life together.

“Debbie was a blessing during my wedding planning. I was planning a wedding at the Sagamore in NY and live in Florida. Debbie helped with every step of the planning and would go above and beyond to make all my wedding dreams come true. Not sure how I would have made it without her.”
